Therapy Specialities

Sex Addiction Therapy

When someone is addicted to sex, they cannot stop the behavior, even if they want to and even if they experience life consequences as a direct result.  By increasing your ability to connect with others authentically, you can overcome the pain of withdrawal.

Couples Therapy

The right time to come to couples counseling is – when you decide you want to improve your relationship. In couples therapy, the relationship is the client. The therapist consults with the couple to define the problems they want to address and identify desired treatment outcomes. The therapist will ask each partner about their history with and  without the other partner in the room.

Betrayal Trauma

You may be feeling guilt or shame around your partner’s actions, or around your own decisions. While in the beginning you may be working to manage triggers and get through an hour at a time, you’ll reach the point where you’re ready to connect to yourself from a place of stability and empowerment.
