Therapy Specialities

Grief & Loss

Grief and loss can be caused by a wide range of experiences that involve significant change, separation, or the end of something meaningful.

Couples Therapy

The right time to come to couples counseling is – when you decide you want to improve your relationship. In couples therapy, the relationship is the client. The therapist consults with the couple to define the problems they want to address and identify desired treatment outcomes. The therapist will ask each partner about their history with and  without the other partner in the room.

Anxiety & Depression

Although anxiety and depression are two distinct mental health conditions, they often coexist and share some common features. These symptoms can overlap, and individuals may experience both anxiety and depression simultaneously.
