Lorena became a Life Coach because she believes that real transformation starts when we feel seen, heard, and supported. Now continuing her education in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), she guides clients to uncover the beliefs and patterns that hold them back — and to replace them with confidence, clarity, and connection.

Her warm, approachable style helps clients feel safe as they explore their goals, relationships, and inner growth. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Lorena values creating an inclusive and understanding space for people from all walks of life.
